Ingredients

For Muffins:
2 cups Power Cakes
1 cup Almond Milk
1 Egg
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1/4 cup Softened Butter (not melted)
2 Ripe Bananas, mashed
2 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 cup Small Dark Chocolate Chips
1/2 cup Chopped Walnuts

Directions

Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl and blend until smooth. Fill greased muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake at 350 F for 14-18 minutes or until golden brown and inserted toothpick comes out slightly moist. Makes 12 muffins.
